Terms and Conditions

Last updated: June 2026 · Entity: The Little A.R.K. CIC

Little A.R.K. is a friendly community organisation. These terms exist to keep everyone safe and our programmes running smoothly — not to create barriers. If you ever have a question about anything here, just get in touch and we'll explain it in plain language.

1. Who we are

The Little A.R.K. CIC is a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales, operating community workshops, skills programmes, and creative initiatives primarily in the London Borough of Merton.

2. Using our website

You may use our website for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. Session dates, venues, and programme details can change — follow us on social media (@LittleArk20) or contact us directly to confirm the latest information.

3. Attending our workshops

Our workshops are open to all community members. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. We ask attendees to cancel bookings at least 24 hours in advance if unable to attend.

4. Volunteering

Volunteering is subject to a separate Volunteer Agreement. By volunteering, you agree to uphold Little A.R.K.'s values of inclusivity, kindness, and community care.

5. Donations

All monetary donations are used to fund community programmes, materials, and operational costs. Donations are non-refundable unless made in error. By donating textiles, you confirm items are clean and legally yours to donate.

6. Gift Aid

If you are a UK taxpayer, you may be eligible to boost your monetary donation through Gift Aid at no additional cost. It is your responsibility to ensure you qualify under HMRC rules.

7. Contact
